Beyond "the page loads," does the system actually do the thing? Each row below performs a real workflow via the server (the same code the UI calls), then captures the screen the recipient sees. All artifacts cleaned up after capture.
A player asks the office a registration question; the Registrar replies inside the tracked thread; the player sees the reply.

A captain proposes a date; the opposing captain sees the proposal in the top banner with inline Accept / Decline. No 48h timer.

A captain files a dispute; the workgroup opens its tracked discussion room with the inline R&R assistant. Resolve with Uphold / Dismiss / Order rematch.

Players whose DUPR / anti-sandbagging check isn't confirmed. Registrar marks each as verified; it never blocks play (humans decide).

Teams whose registration fee isn't approved yet, with contact details + a manual "Send reminder" button. Visibility only — never auto-blocks.

A tenant admin broadcasts to a role; every user in that role sees it in their notifications bell. Role-wide delivery now reaches every member (previously dropped).
